Come help us at Armour on Saturday!

Bonjour Académie Lafayette parents!

We hope you have had an enjoyable summer! With summer school having just wrapped up and the 2018-19 school year being just around the corner, we are working very hard to get everything ready for the first day! We are firing on all cylinders to prepare and it is a full team effort! We are asking for as many hands on deck as we can gather for this Saturday, August 11th!

There is still a bit of a to-do list to take care of before we can officially open the Armour campus doors for our students and we would appreciate any help that we could get! We are expecting to need volunteers to help out from 9 am to 4 pm. The majority of the work that needs to be done is just some general classroom maintenance: wiping things down and getting the correct amount of desks/tables in each classroom. Lunch will be provided for anyone that comes to participate!

Click here to access a Doodle survey with the work day split up into 1-hour increments. Please feel free to sign-up for as much time as you would like to come help!

If you have any questions regarding this Volunteer Work Day do not hesitate to inquire. I look forward to hearing back from you all! Please email me at this address:

Megan Martinez, parent, will be on site Saturday, August 11th to help coordinate volunteers.

The gate on the Warwick Street side (west) of the building will be open so volunteers can park in the parking lot.  Please enter through the south door, go up the steps straight ahead to the first floor office area.

A bientôt!
