Middle School Cross Country
The AL Middle School (MS) Cross Country (XC) Team is open to 6th-8th grade boys and girls. The 2018 season starts July 31 with a parent/athlete information meeting at the Oak auditorium from 5:30 to 6:30pm and ends in late October. All welcome! There are no try-outs. We are actively seeking diversity in growing our running family! We focus on heads, hearts, and health. Race distances will vary from 1-2 miles. Meets are primarily on Mondays after school with a few large Saturday morning Invitationals.
