Forgot or lost your username or password?

For security reasons, PowerSchool usernames and passwords must be sent through the mail or delivered in person at the school after showing proper identification. They can not be emailed or confirmed over the phone. Please email Roger Goudiaby or call  (816) 361-7735  to arrange for a new username or password.

Why can’t I access PowerSchool?

If you experience problems accessing the Power School Parent Access please make sure that your browers is one of the following:

  • Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
  • Safari
  • Firefox

If you use a computer behind a proxy server, you may not be able to connect to the PowerSchool Parent Access page.

Why is PowerSchool logging me out?

PowerSchool is setup to automatically log you out of the system (without closing the window). If you are not actively entering data for about 10 minutes you will get kicked out of the system. This means that any information that you typed will not be saved. You will need to log in and begin the process again. Always click on submit before walking away from your computer if you want the information saved.
